• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited — used to improve the service and prevent abuse.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve MusicMakerAI
• Process your payments and manage your subscription or bundles

• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse of the platform

We do not use your prompts or lyrics to train AI models. What you create is yours.

• Payment processors: Stripe (card payments) and Fapshi (Mobile Money) receive transaction data to process payments.
• Music generation: Your prompts and lyrics are sent to our generation API (Genolve) to produce your track. They are not stored or used beyond generating your request.

5. Your Generated Music

All music tracks you generate through MusicMakerAI are yours to keep and use, including for commercial purposes. We do not claim ownership over your generated tracks.

Your prompts, lyrics, and generated tracks may be stored in your account history so you can access them again. You can delete your track history at any time from your dashboard.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and maintain your session. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial record-keeping purposes.
