1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using MusicMakerAI at musicmakerai.tech, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

These terms apply to all users including free plan users, paid subscribers, and one-time bundle purchasers.

2. Description of Service

MusicMakerAI is an AI-powered music generation platform that allows users to create original music tracks by providing text descriptions, lyrics, and genre preferences. Generated tracks are delivered as MP3 audio files.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

To use most features of MusicMakerAI, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password secure and confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. Ownership of Generated Music

All music tracks you generate through MusicMakerAI are yours. You are granted a full, royalty-free license to use, share, distribute, and monetize your generated tracks, including for commercial purposes such as:

• YouTube videos and social media content
• Podcasts and radio
• Film, TV, and commercial projects
• Streaming platforms
• Personal and professional use

MusicMakerAI does not claim ownership over tracks you generate. However, we may use anonymized generation data to improve our service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use MusicMakerAI only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Submit prompts or lyrics that contain hate speech, threats, or content that promotes violence or discrimination
• Attempt to generate content that infringes on the copyright or intellectual property of others
• Use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform's API or generation system
• Share your account credentials or allow others to use your account
• Use automated scripts or bots to generate tracks in bulk

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms without refund.

6. Payments & Refunds

MusicMakerAI offers monthly subscription plans and one-time track bundles. All prices are listed in USD.

• Monthly plans: Billed monthly. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period.
• Track bundles: One-time purchases. Tracks never expire and remain in your account until used.
• Refund policy: Because AI generation consumes computing resources immediately, we do not offer refunds once a track has been successfully generated. If you experience a technical failure where a track was not delivered but a credit was consumed, contact us and we will restore your credit.
• Cameroon users: Mobile Money payments (MTN MoMo / Orange Money) are processed in XAF at the prevailing exchange rate.

7. Free Plan

Free plan users receive 1 track generation per month at no cost. Free plan tracks include an audio watermark during playback. MP3 downloads are not available on the free plan. Upgrading to any paid plan or purchasing a bundle removes these restrictions.

8. Intellectual Property

The MusicMakerAI platform, including its name, logo, design, code, and all content not generated by users, is the intellectual property of Buhmoh Claude Ankiambom and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

MusicMakerAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated tracks will meet your exact expectations. AI-generated music is creative and varied by nature — results will differ between generations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MusicMakerAI and its founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of MusicMakerAI after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cameroon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
